Deadlines & Timelines
S420S manufacturers plan to shut down on January 24, 2023, in observance of Chinese New Year. S420S works closely with our factories in China and effected partners to best plan around their orders during this period. Aside from celebrating this holiday for the new year to come, this period does signify a shutdown of manufacturing across China’s infrastructure that will impact approximately 2 months of production and shipping. Please contact your sales representative or account executive to plan accordingly.
Deadlines for New Custom Orders Approved Design Reorders
Getting ahead to plan, strategize, and place orders around the Chinese New Year holiday will help minimize delays in the months to follow the holiday. However, while we work closely with our factories during the order fulfillment process, we cannot guarantee orders will ship before the holiday. Adhering to the deadlines provided will significantly help that orders ship before the holiday shutdown. All deadlines listed below are subject to change based on the logistical effects of the holiday.

Begin New Custom Order or Existing Design Reorder
Jumpstarting the decision-making, samples and approvals process in October is highly recommended.
New custom orders can take up to 4 weeks to be finalized. This time is due to all ordering steps and the holiday season in the United States.
Please Note:
• All orders must meet Minimum Order Quantities and follow Artwork Requirements.
• POs cannot be placed until s420s receives the order deposit, and the Production Approval Form is signed.
• Once a PO is placed, the order is on the line for production for on average 8-12 weeks.

Please place a PO with a deposit by Tuesday, November 30 to increase the chance of your order(s) shipping before the holiday.
Please Note:
• The last pre-Chinese New Year shipment from our manufacturer is on January 20, 2023.

Please place a PO with a deposit by Monday, January 3 to increase the probability of your custom order shipping after Chinese New Year.
Please Note:
• Production will start in February 2022.
• Shipments will start in late February 2022.
